If you are a strata unit owner, DO NOT use this form - contact your strata manager directly.

If you have an emergency outside of office hours, Monday-Friday: 8:30 am-4:30 pm, please call our emergency line 604-293-2459.

Please follow the guidelines below. We will disregard any form submission that fails to comply:

  • Only submit non-emergency repairs.

  • Only submit the form if your first and last name are on the Tenancy Agreement for the property, so we can identify you.

  • Provide as much detail as possible about each repair request.

We will respond to all repair requests during business hours, Monday-Friday, 8:30 am-4:30 pm.
